This Wheaton Colonial sits beneath three large oak trees — a beautiful setting that meant cleaning the gutters 4-5 times per year. The old 5-inch sectional gutters were leaking at every joint, overflowing during heavy rain, and causing water to pool at the foundation. We replaced everything with oversized 6-inch seamless aluminum gutters and 3x4 inch downspouts for 50% more water capacity. Micro-mesh gutter guards on the entire system eliminate the need for cleaning while keeping out leaves, seeds, and even pine needles. The Musket Brown color blends with the roof trim for a clean, coordinated look.
