Siding Replacement: 2,200 sq ft Victorian in Wheaton, IL

Wheaton has a proud historic district, and this Victorian home's siding replacement needed to respect the neighborhood's character guidelines. We worked with the homeowner and the village's architectural review board to develop a three-color scheme using James Hardie ColorPlus custom colors. The heritage blue body, cream trim, and burgundy accent panels were each custom-matched to historically appropriate colors from the Victorian era. The result is a home that looks like it was painted yesterday but respects the character of Wheaton's historic downtown.
