Window Replacement: 4,200 sq ft Contemporary in Oak Brook, IL

This Oak Brook contemporary home featured dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a wooded backyard. The original glass was double-pane from 2001 and had lost its seal — visible condensation between panes was obscuring the view and wasting energy. We replaced 6 large picture windows (some over 6 feet tall) and 8 casement windows with Andersen E-Series architectural grade units. The black frames maintained the home's modern aesthetic while the triple-pane glass eliminated the fogging and dramatically improved insulation.
