This Schaumburg split-level took a direct hit from golf-ball-sized hail during a June 2025 storm. The damage was obvious — cracked shingles, dented gutters, and damaged siding. We documented everything and worked directly with the homeowner's insurance company. The adjuster agreed on full replacement of the roof and gutters, plus partial siding repair. The new GAF Timberline HDZ shingles carry a Class 4 impact rating, providing much better protection against future hail events.
