This large Aurora home had one of the most complex rooflines we've worked on — multiple valleys, hip joints, dormers, and a turret. The existing 20-year-old roof was leaking at several valley intersections where the original flashing had deteriorated. Our crew spent extra time on the flashing details, using continuous ice-and-water shield in all valleys and at every transition point. The Onyx Black color on this large, complex roofline created a dramatic, upscale appearance.
