Storm doors don't have to be boring. This Downers Grove homeowner chose a bold Cranberry-colored Larson Tradewinds with a retractable screen that disappears when not in use. The full-view glass panel allows maximum light through the entry while the Low-E coating reduces heat transfer. When spring arrives, the retractable screen pulls down for ventilation while keeping insects out. The Cranberry color against the white trim created a cheerful, welcoming entrance.
