Cape Cod dormers require careful installation technique — the tight angles and limited access make window replacement more complex than a standard wall installation. This Villa Park Cape Cod had 10 windows including 4 dormers with rotted exterior casings. Our crew replaced all windows, rebuilt the rotted dormer casings with PVC trim, and finished in 1.5 days. The Sandtone exterior matched the home's warm color scheme while the triple-pane glass made the upstairs bedrooms comfortable for the first time.
